4. Will the company carry out a retest after the first study to close out the deviation if any? During the test, the results may not match the required criteria which are termed deviations. In order to close these deviations, rectifications have to be carried out and retesting needs to be carried out. This should be included in the scope of the vendor
5. Is the vendor capable to assist the customer in resolving the deviations including suggesting suitable vendors for carrying out the rectification?
