Temperature Mapping; UAE, Kuwait,Oman & Saudi Arabia

Temperature Mapping is the process by which the temperature distribution is measured over a period of time in confined areas such as a warehouse or over a geographical area. Temperature mapping is done for various purposes. We carry out temperature mapping of pharmaceutical ware houses, cold rooms, refrigerators, vehicles etc. in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman & Saudi Arabia. Temperature mapping in a wider term refers to the mapping of Geographical areas indicating temperature distribution across a geographical area. However this article refers to the mapping done for enclosed areas. This study is generally carried out for the following:

In hot climate like Middle East countries, maintaining equal temperature is extremely important. eg. If one of the walls of a cold room is exposed to sun, the temperature of the wall will be high compared to other walls. This can be identified only through a proper temperature mapping.

This article explains procedure for carrying out mapping of a warehouse and we will be covering similar procedures in subsequent articles.

The mapping is done by distributing hundreds of data loggers at predefined locations and collecting data over a period of time. The number of loggers is determined by various parameters such as the size of the warehouse, number of racks etc. Various operating conditions also are recorded throughout this logging period and analysed through a software.

The purpose of the temperature mapping is to ensure that all areas of a warehouse/cold room are at an equal temperature so that the medicines, food etc. are at a uniform temperature even at a remote corner of the warehouse.

The study also calculates Max/Min Mean Kinetic Temperature

Validation
Validation is the additional process by which the entire mapping data and procedure are certified
by an international accredited body. While mapping is only one part of the whole process, validation
is a kind of certification for your customers and suppliers alike. We offer temperature mapping and
