Head of Digital Marketing

Job Purpose:

  • Reports to General Manager
  • Long term digital marketing strategies execution for different region like GCC, USA, Europe, South Asia.
  • Closely work with different team of our company and collaborate with colleague in digital team
  • Execute and plan different digital channels
  • Drive marketing efforts to achieve business objectives

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Build digital marketing channels for websites, blogs, email, social media marketing etc.
  • Manage all channels to ensure broad coverage
  • Should be responsible for KPIs and work towards ROI
  • Develop high levels of customer interaction with digital touch
  • Plan and manage social media accounts
  • Improve existing content of websites
  • Forecast trends and increase market digital presence
  • Work on new ideas
  • Up-to-date with current technology leap

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience as Digital Marketing Manager leading a team of at least 5 people
  • Should be able to demonstrate marketing campaigns already undertaken.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM. Integration of CRM and digital marketing is plus.
  • Knowledge of website design, development and integration of tools
  • Project management skills
  • Believes in team work

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer or marketing related course
  • More than 6+ years in related fields
  • Experience in major google tools like analytics, webmaster, SEO/SMM tools, social media campaigns
  • Experience in global digital marketing channels and campaigns
