Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager
Education: Candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Computer Engineering discipline.

Job Purpose:

  • To be in charge of all Sales & marketing activities of the Sales Department.
  • To be in charge of executing all orders received by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign jobs and coordinate with all sales personnel
  • Submit periodic report to the General Manager for Sales performance
  • Implement sales plan and execute as per company policy
  • Meet customers regularly on new enquiry requirements and keep customer relations and generate enquiries.
  • Carry out registrations with various departments and companies
  • Implement sales strategy for the entire Middle East countries
  • Find out dealers/distributors in various countries
  • Coordinate with dealers/distributors in all countries
  • Implement Costing strategy for the sales team
  • Generate orders through sales staff
  • Carry out marketing activities as per Company requirements.
  • Organize and timely execute all orders received by the company.
  • Manage all execution processes including site activities.
  • Any other tasks assigned from Time to time.

Products & Services to be marketed:

  • Temperature & Humidity data loggers
  • Real-time temperature monitoring systems
  • Dehumidifiers
  • Temperature Mapping Study & Qualification
  • Temperature sensors
  • Temperature recorders
  • Differential pressure systems for hospitals.
  • Any other products being assigned from time to time

Potential client segments:

  • Pharmaceutical wholesale distributors
  • Medicine manufacturers

  • High-end hotels & restaurants
  • Food processing & storage companies
  • Logistics companies

The responsibilities will cover the following countries:

  • All Middle East countries
  • All African countries
  • Any other countries assigned from time to time

Key Performance Indicators:

The performance of the designated person is evaluated based on the following measurable performance figures:

  • Sales figures achieved on a monthly and yearly basis
  • Net profits generated against the sales.
  • The customer satisfaction level of the company, based on customer evaluation surveys.

Essential requirements

  • The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Automation or Computer Engineering discipline.
  • Should have a valid driving license in UAE.
  • Should have 10-15 years of total experience including at least 5-6 years in UAE.
  • Should be very proficient in day to day computer applications
  • Good written & spoken skills in the English Language.
  • Should have managed a team of at least 5 sales personnel.

Desired requirements

  • Experience in managing site works
  • Proficiency in Arabic
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM, etc.

Sales Manager

  • Engineering Graduate with 10-15 years total experience, including 5-8 years in UAE
  • Valid UAE driving license is essential
