• We partner with hundreds of manufacturers from Europe to market their products across the  world. 
• We are in the process of building 30-40 new business product verticals during 2023.

• We encourage prioritizing a joyful life instead of life after work. 
• There is no fixed working hours or fixed timings and we do not have any monitoring / approval  system for the same. Instead, we are creating a task-based culture. 
• We have been having WFH and flexible hours from 2016 onwards. 
• Nobody needs any approval from the managers for personal leaves.  
• Officially we have 2.5 days of weekend holidays starting from Friday 12.00 noon.
• We never work on weekends/holidays unless it is a choice by the teammate to work instead of  official working days.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Data Scientists to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you  will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in data science and analytics to solve complex business  problems, drive data-driven decision making, and develop innovative data solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in data science or a related field. 
• Proficiency in at least one programming language. Python is a plus. 
• Must have strong knowledge in SQL. 
• Experience with machine learning techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, deep  learning, and neural networks. 
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, experimental design, and data visualization.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g IBM Cloud). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical  concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems that  can be addressed with data science solutions.
• Develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to  extract insights from large and complex data sets. 
• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and databases for data integration, storage, and  retrieval. 
• Communicate findings and insights to business stakeholders, including visualizations and reports  that are easy to understand and actionable. 
• Continuously monitor and refine existing models to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
