VackerGlobal – An Engineering company with a soul

VackerGlobal was started in 2013 with no capital investment and cash reserves whatsoever. The founder & CEO Mr. Dileep Punalur started VackerGlobal as a local electrical trading company in Dubai. We transformed ourselves into a group of companies by generating customers across the world in just 3 years. Within 5 years, we had customers in more than 30 countries. Our story: From a local electrical store to an international supplier.

We used internet marketing for various technical products for B2B customers. Now we have a separate company Vacker360 for carrying out our digital marketing as well as for taking on projects in software development, artificial intelligence, and data science.

We’ve been continuously expanding by adding new SME manufacturers from Europe & USA. For most of them, we are selling their products across the world. They are good in the design and manufacture of their products. We are good in Sales & Marketing. So our policy is to grow by complementing each other.

In view of the ongoing scenario across the world, we want to assist as many SMEs as possible.

We are headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • VackerGlobal provides engineering products and services involving the supply of sensors, measuring instruments, and control devices. Also, we design and implement projects involving these devices.
  • Vacker360 is a software company, mainly developing Software, AI tools, and Data Analytics models for VackerGlobal.

Our immediate proposal is to assist & associate with Small & Medium Enterprises

In order to complement the strengths of manufacturers, distributors, and Vacker, our business plan is detailed below.

How does it work?

    1. We will assist in enhancing the digital marketing of the products through our websites and other digital channels.
    2. We will connect manufacturers with relevant distributors. We will select manufacturers and distributors based on their quality and present area of expertise.
    3. The products will be selected based on the quality and the product segment.
    4. All the products will be listed in our online stores also, initially focusing on the entire MENA region.
    5. Product segments are selected based on their potential to market across the world through digital methods.
    6. We will generate the inquiries and coordinate with the distributors for interacting with the potential customers.
    7. We will provide access to our Customer relationship management (CRM) software. This will facilitate data analytics after a few months of collecting the data.
    8. The distributors in coordination with Vacker are responsible for handling all technical queries with the customers. Vacker will gradually provide more tools to facilitate this.
    9. Based on the brand value and legal expertise, Vacker will secure the payments from the customers. Thus the distributors and suppliers will be protected from non-payments.

Our services for partners

  1. We provide digital marketing for all partners through our website generating inquiries from around the world.
  2. Customers will be able to use our tools based on Artificial Intelligence. The products of partners also will be included. The advantage for the partners is that they can handle more inquiries without increasing the number of people. (These modules are in various stages of development and are not completely ready.)
  3. The data analytics tools will provide various insights to all partners. These suggestions will include the stock recommendation, price recommendation, new product recommendation, etc. (These modules are in the early stages of development and are not completely ready.)
  4. The partners will be able to use our CRM and ERP solutions. This will help in data analytics across the different product ranges in different countries.
  5. During the next phase, we plan to integrate various equipment of different manufacturers using our sensors. These sensors will be connected to an IoT platform. Using all the collected data, we will develop data models to give value-added services to the clients. We expect this phase to be implemented by Early 2021.
