• Officially we have 2.5 days of weekend holidays starting from Friday 12.00 noon.
• We never work on weekends/holidays unless it is a choice by the teammate to work instead of  official working days.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an entry-level Artificial Intelligence Engineers to join our team. As an entry-level Artificial  Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of AI solutions  that enhance the performance of existing systems and contribute to the development of new applications.  You will work closely with a team of data scientists, software developers, and domain experts to build and  maintain algorithms and models that enable intelligent decision-making. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 
• 0-2 years of experience in developing AI applications and systems. 
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of Python programming language. 
• Familiarity with basic concepts of machine learning, natural language processing, and computer  vision techniques. 
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch  is a plus. 
• Familiarity with data management and visualization tools such as SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and domain experts to identify requirements  and build models that can extract insights from data. 
• Learn and apply machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision techniques to  analyze large datasets. 
• Assist in developing algorithms and models to solve complex business problems and optimize  decision-making. 
• Create and maintain documentation for AI systems, including model architectures, data flows, and  training processes. 
• Monitor and evaluate AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and robustness under the guidance of  senior team members. 
• Continuously improve AI systems by incorporating new techniques and algorithms.

SELECTION PROCESS

• First Meeting: With HR officer, in which the potential team member can discuss about the  company, procedures etc. 
• Second Meeting: With AI Engineer for extensive discussion on technical aspects.
• Third Meeting: With CTO for extensive discussion on technical aspects. 
• Fourth Meeting: With HR for finalization of the offer for the potential team member.

EXPECTED FINALIZATION OF THE OFFER

• Mid-March 2023 

The potential team member will be informed of the outcome at each stage, even if they are not selected.
