We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of Site Supervisor experience, proven working experience as a multi-skilled technician, and a valid UAE driving license. Requirements
- Technical diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor
- Proven working experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician (HVAC and electrical )
- Outstanding Leadership Skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
- Sound Knowledge of Health and Safety Management
- UAE Driving License is required
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with contractors, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are on the same page
- Translate blueprints into plans
- Organize the necessary equipment and manpower to complete the project
- Assign tasks to the technical team
- Keep detailed records of site activities
- Enforce site safety rules to reduce work-related accidents and injuries
- Educate technical team on safety regulations and accident protocol
- Evaluate the performance of employees and implement disciplinary measures as needed
- Recommend changes to site operations or procedures to improve efficiency
